Foods that Beat Depression

1. Tuna
One of the factor which many depressed people is having lack of B6. Consumption of Tune gives approxymetly 70% of B6.



 
2. Cabbage
It helps reduce Heart related diseases, Stress and many types of cancers. Cabbage contains vitamin C and folic acid. It is also a good source of blood-sugar-stabilizing fiber. For stomach ulcers Cabbage juice is great remedy.


 

3. Walnuts
Omega-3s helps brain cells and mood-lifting neurotransmitters and Walnuts is great source of Omega-3. Small amount of Walnuts in a Tea is the great idea.




 


4. Brown Rice
Brown Rice helps preventing sugar lows and mood swings. Brown Rice contains vitamins B1 and B3 &  folic acid. It is a high-fiber food that can keep the digestive system healthy and lower cholesterol.


5. Dark chocolate
Umm.....Waterring your mouth? Yea me too...

It releases pleasure enhancing endorphins into the brain and contains phenyl ethylamine, a stimulant associated with love.
